Hungarian pianist and composer HAVASI BALAZS makes his Carnegie Hall debut with an innovative concert of his original symphonic compositions. A graduate of the world-renowned Franz Liszt Academy of Music, HAVASI’s special talent is the ability to engage directly with his audience. He is one of the rare contemporary composers with the rock star-like charisma that can sell out huge stadium concerts.

HAVASI Symphonic has been one of the most amazing success stories on the Hungarian musical scene. It is the only concert performance in the country that can regularly fill entire stadiums. In 2014, HAVASI Symphonic played to over 46,000 people over a single weekend at the Papp Laszlo Sports Arena, with four sold out performances, propelling HAVASI Symphonic to the #2 slot on the Billboard Boxscore ranking for ticket sales worldwide – a level of success exceeding even top rock and pop acts. Now HAVASI is bringing his unique vision and passion to the United States.
